hosting a fridge with beverages - € 500
Attract attendees to your booth during the opening reception by hosting a fridge with bottled soft drinks and beer at your booth. Attendees will serve themselves from the fridge – this is your chance to grab their attention! The refrigerator must remain within your booth and be accessible throughout the Opening Reception. After the reception concludes, the refrigerator and any remaining beverages will be removed.
Please note that beverage orders for any time outside the Opening Reception must be placed separately through the official catering service provider.

Lanyards will be offered to attendees upon check-in at the convention center. They will be prominently displayed in the check-in area in the foyer.
