⚠️ Important

Your booth staff must be registered with an Exhibition Pass for exhibitors or a Conference Pass. The complimentary passes included in your package can be used for any person of your choice, such as your booth staff or guests.

When registering with a pass code:

  1. On the first registration page, make sure to select “I’m attending as booth personnel.”
  2. Under “Attending as” please select “Exhibitor/Sponsor” or “Exhibitor & Speaker.” This ensures that you have access to the exhibition hall outside regular opening hours.

Please refer to the Registration Page for more information about the benefits included with these pass types.

Exhibitor badges provide access to the exhibition hall outside of the official opening hours. All exhibitor staff must register to receive an individual exhibitor badge, regardless of whether they use the passes included in their package or purchase additional passes.

⚠️ Important

To ensure that booth personnel have access to the exhibition hall outside of show hours, please select “Exhibitor/Sponsor” or “Exhibitor & Speaker” in the first step of the event pass registration.

Please review the Exhibition Schedule and the Operational Policies.
