SWAPCARD PLATFORM
Swapcard, the ISC virtual event platform, is available to all sponsors and exhibitors. ISC will take place both onsite and online via this interactive platform, which offers sophisticated matchmaking and engagement capabilities. Sponsors and exhibitors can connect and interact with attendees, navigate the event programme, plan their schedules, book meetings and manage their contacts. All leads generated both online and onsite will be captured in the platform, providing a centralised solution for managing and following up with event contacts.

Login & Navigation
🔐 Login
Swapcard will be available to sponsors and exhibitors from late January, providing the opportunity to set up a dedicated interactive page and make the most of the networking opportunities.
The login link will be sent to the email address provided when booking the exhibition space. It will remain valid for 48 hours or until it is used. If the link expires, a new one can be requested directly from the login page.
🛟 Login Support
If the email address is not recognized, please check that it matches the address provided when booking the exhibition space and that it has been entered correctly. If the login email does not arrive, please check the spam or junk folder or request a new login link from the login page.
If your company is blocking the emails, please ask your IT team to whitelist noreply@swapcard.com. Once this is done, return to the login page and request a new link using the email address you registered with.
You can also reset your password via the login page. Enter your email address and click “send me a magic link.” You will receive a link to reset your password. Please note that this link is valid for 1 hour only.
🖱️Navigate the Platform
After you have logged in, the ISC 2027 event main page will appear. From here, you will have access to different functionalities, program elements, and exhibitor activities.
Exhibitor Center & Other Benefits
Swapcard provides a range of tools to help you maximize your presence at ISC. In the Exhibitor Center, you can manage your interactive page, engage with attendees, and access leads. You can also use Giveaways, HPC Marketplace, and Exhibitor Events to showcase your company, products, services, and activities to ISC attendees.
Exhibitor Center
🎨 Design the Interactive Page
In the Swapcard Exhibitor Center, sponsors and exhibitors can design their interactive page, respond to incoming chat messages, and review or download leads generated by their team, both online and onsite.
If team members need to be added to the interactive page before registering for the event, or without registering, please contact exhibitor-support@isc-events.com.
📝 Complete the Company Profile
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to complete their company profile in the Swapcard Exhibitor Center with the following information:
- Company or organization profile
- Summary of the company’s or organization’s activities at ISC 2027
- Upload up to 4 external links, with a brief description for each
- Social media handles
- Contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, company website URL, and postal address
⚠️ Important
The interactive page is publicly visible and accessible through the Exhibitor Listing. Please keep this in mind when publishing information with a future release date or using placeholders.

The following options are available to help create an engaging and informative Swapcard interactive page.
🖼️ Logo: All ISC sponsors and exhibitors can display their logo on their interactive page.
- Recommended dimensions: 400 × 200 px (2:1 ratio)
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- File types: PNG or JPG
🎬 Header Image or Video: ISC Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors, as well as Bronze sponsors and exhibitors who have purchased the Header Image/Video on Your Page opportunity, can enhance their interactive page with a header image or video.
➜ Image:
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
- Recommended dimensions: 1200 × 675 px
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- File types: PNG or JPG
Images that do not match the 16:9 ratio will be cropped.
➜ Video: The header video can be live or pre-recorded and hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or another platform. To embed the video, select the hosting platform from the dropdown menu and enter the video ID or SRC link.
🖼️ Background Image
Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors can brand their interactive page with a background image.
- Aspect ratio: 16:10
- Recommended dimensions: 2560 × 1600 px
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- File types: PNG or JPG
Images that do not match the 16:10 ratio will be cropped.
📢 Advertisement Banner
Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors can display a vertical banner advertisement on their interactive page.
- Aspect ratio: 9:16
- Recommended dimensions: 1080 × 1920 px
- Maximum file size: 1 MB
- File types: PNG or JPG
Images that do not match the 9:16 ratio will be cropped.
📄 Documents
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors can showcase an unlimited number of documents on their interactive page. These may include product brochures, white papers, research papers, articles, or other materials that may be useful or relevant to ISC attendees. Documents can either be uploaded directly to the event platform or hosted externally via a URL. Supported file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PNG, or JPG
For each document, the following information is required:
Title: maximum 80 characters – mandatory
Description: maximum 160 characters – optional
Giveaways
This benefit is included in the ISC sponsors and exhibitors package in Swapcard. Co-exhibitors can also purchase the Feature a Giveaway opportunity by contacting our Sales Team at sales@isc-group.com.
Giveaways can include classic physical items, such as gadgets, as well as digital items, such as vouchers, gift certificates, or exclusive access to online resources. Giveaways must be produced and distributed or shipped by the respective sponsor or exhibitor. To view a sample of a giveaway posting, please click here.

Giveaways can be added to the dedicated Swapcard Exhibitor Center page. Under company profile, select “Giveaways” and provide the following information:
- One or more images
- Title
- Description
- Instructions on how to claim the giveaway
- Claim deadline
- External website URL (optional)
🌱 Sustainability
Please review the Sustainable Giveaways section of the Exhibitor Manual for guidance on selecting and providing giveaways in line with ISC’s sustainability principles.
HPC Marketplace
ISC sponsors and exhibitors can showcase 2 to 4 products, projects, or services in the marketplace, depending on their sponsorship or exhibitor status. Please refer to your contract or the Swapcard Exhibitor Center to confirm how many items you are eligible to display. Co-exhibitors can also purchase the Online HPC Marketplace Ad opportunity by contacting our Sales Team at sales@isc-group.com.

Add a product, project, or service to the dedicated Swapcard Exhibitor Center page. Under company profile, select “HPC Marketplace” and provide the following information:
- One or more images
- Title
- Description
- External website or externally hosted document URL (optional)
Exhibitor Events
ISC sponsors and exhibitors can promote booth events and other activities organized during ISC to all attendees. Provide detailed information about each event to help attendees discover and engage with your activities.
Contact information for attendees who bookmark or view your event will be shared with the exhibitor, subject to attendee opt-in and applicable GDPR requirements.

Add an event to the dedicated Swapcard Exhibitor Center page. Under company profile, select “Exhibitor Events” and provide the following information:
- One or more images
- Title
- Description
- Date and time
- Location
- Event type
⚠️ Important
Please do not add speaking engagements that are part of the official ISC program, such as Vendor Showdowns, Vendor Roadmaps, HPC Solutions Forum sessions, BoFs, Workshops, or other talks included in the ISC schedule. These sessions will be promoted as part of the official ISC program.
This section is intended for additional activities organized by exhibitors outside the official ISC program. If you are planning talks or presentations at your booth, you are welcome to list them as exhibitor events.
🚫 Offsite Events During Exhibition Hours
To help you maximize the value of your ISC participation, we recommend avoiding offsite events during exhibition hours whenever possible.
Attendee survey feedback shows that participants prefer to remain at the ISC venue throughout exhibition and conference hours to attend technical sessions, visit exhibitors, and network with peers. As a result, offsite events during these core hours may attract a smaller audience than anticipated and, when multiple organizations host such activities, reduce networking and business opportunities across the event.
Hosting activities that complement the onsite event experience can help maximize visibility, attendee engagement, and the return on your ISC investment.
If you are planning an event during ISC, we encourage you to discuss your plans with the ISC team at an early stage so we can help you identify the best timing and approach within the overall event schedule.
Networking
💬 Engage with Your Audience
Please refer to the Exhibitor Guide to Attendee Engagement to learn more about engagement opportunities. For information on on-site lead retrieval, please review the Lead Retrieval section of the Exhibitor Manual.
📊 Analytics
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors can access real-time analytics and attendee engagement data for their interactive page via the Swapcard Exhibitor Center. The analytics include:
- Page views – number of visits to your interactive page
- Page bookmarks – number of attendees who bookmarked your page
- Contacts made – number of contacts made by your team members
- Contacts with scoring – number of contacts rated by your team members
- Average contact score – average quality rating assigned to contacts by your team members
⚠️ Important
A data category will only appear once there is at least one record. For example, “contacts made by your team members” will only be displayed after your team has made at least one contact.
👥 Attendee Contact Information
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors can view a list of attendees who have visited their interactive page directly from the Swapcard Exhibitor Center. Use this opportunity to follow up with visitors, offer a meeting, or provide additional information about products and services.
Sponsors and exhibitors can also access the contact information of attendees who have engaged with their content and consented to share their data, in accordance with GDPR. Contact lists can be downloaded directly from the account.
The contact list provides information on whether an attendee:
- Interacted with a sponsored session, such as a Vendor Showdown, Vendor Roadmap, or Online Showcase
- Viewed the interactive page
- Viewed an item in the HPC Marketplace or Giveaways sections
- Viewed the advertising banner on the event platform homepage, including the number of times it was viewed

💻 Technical Requirements
Swapcard is best supported on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. If you experience blank pages, slow loading, or other performance issues, please try accessing the platform using one of these browsers. Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported.
Data Privacy
We take the privacy and protection of your data seriously. For more information about how your data is processed, please refer to the “Swapcard Privacy Policy”, available under the “Legal” section of “My Profile”, as well as the ISC General Terms and Conditions.
If you chose not to consent to the use of certain types of data when registering, you can still decide separately whether to share your contact details on Swapcard for networking purposes.
You can also control your visibility within the platform. Go to the “Community” tab in the navigation bar and select “Visibility” on the left-hand side. From there, you can choose to make your profile invisible to other participants.
