About ISC

The ISC High Performance 2025 conference and exhibition is an annual global gathering for HPC technology providers and users. It aims to foster the growth of a thriving community that now includes practitioners of AI, data analytics, and quantum computing. The first ISC conference was held back in 1986.

ISC 2025 will be held in Hamburg, Germany from June 10-13, bringing together over 3,500 international attendees to exchange ideas and knowledge under the theme ‘Connecting the Dots.’

CONNECTING THE DOTS

High performance computing (HPC) has made significant strides over the last half century, transitioning from the megascale era of the 1970s to the current exascale era. Over these decades, this technology has supported an array of increasingly computationally intensive applications in science, engineering, and business.

Today, artificial intelligence (AI) is advancing at an even faster pace than HPC, but it depends on the massive computational power and data throughput capabilities of high performance hardware to build and run its applications.

At the same time, quantum computing is emerging as a new and groundbreaking paradigm. While it differs from classical computing, many quantum applications are closely aligned with existing HPC workloads that could be significantly accelerated under this new paradigm. Likewise, combining quantum computing with AI has the potential to greatly speed up AI model training and data analysis.

The synergy that could result from merging HPC, AI, and quantum computing is an exciting prospect. And given the insatiable demand for performance to accelerate scientific discoveries and commercial applications, integrating these technologies is not just an academic goal, but an economic imperative.

With that in mind, we forward to offering our 40th-anniversary forum to the community of research and commercial users, system developers, and service providers to begin this journey of connecting the dots.

CODE OF CONDUCT

ISC High Performance is committed to offering an event experience free of harassment for all participants, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, physical appearance, nationality, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, or any other personal characteristic. We expect all participants, including staff, to be treated with respect and kindness. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

We are a professional event that brings together HPC enthusiasts from different countries to share knowledge and ideas and grow their network. We value and respect every individual, regardless of their background. All forms of communication should be appropriate for a professional audience.

If any participant is found to be violating the ISC High Performance Code of Conduct, we may ask you to leave the event without a refund. You may also be banned from attending future events. If you have any questions or experience any violations of our code of conduct, please reach out to us.
