In just six days, the eagerly anticipated ISC 2024 event for the global high performance computing (HPC) community will take place. Approximately 3,000 attendees from academic, research, and business sectors are expected to attend from May 12 to 16 to showcase their research and technological advancements, and discuss how the industry can collectively reinvent HPC.

In a recent interview conducted by Cristin Merritt, CMO of Alces Flight, with Nages Sieslack, the Head of Communications for ISC Group, the spotlight was on ISC’s unwavering commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Two early career researchers who have made remarkable contributions to the field of high performance computing have been selected as the recipients of the Jack Dongarra Early Career Award at ISC 2024. The award committee acknowledged their exceptional work and dedication and decided to present the award to both researchers as a special case. Each recipient will receive 2,500 euros as part of the award.
