Booth Cleaning
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining their occupied space in a clean, orderly, and well-maintained condition. Any special cleaning of booths, displays, equipment, or materials is the responsibility of the exhibitor and must be carried out at the exhibitor’s expense. Booth Security

Electrical Upgrade
Each booth is equipped with a standard Type F power socket, commonly used in Germany. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all equipment used at their booth is compatible with the available power supply, which is provided with the following specifications:
- 1–3 kW
- 16 Amps
- 230 Volts
- 50 Hertz
⚠️ Important
If your power requirements exceed the standard specifications, an electrical upgrade must be ordered. Upgrade costs do not include electricity consumption, which will be billed separately.
⚠️ Important
If you plan to carry out any electrical work at your booth, such as installing, modifying, or connecting electrical installations, lighting, sockets, or equipment, you must provide an Electrical Installation Certificate in accordance with DGUV Vorschrift 3. If you cannot provide the required certificate, an acceptance test in accordance with DGUV Vorschrift 3 will be carried out on-site at the exhibitor’s expense.
⚠️ Important
Equipment from North America may require a suitable voltage converter or transformer, as Germany uses 220–240 Volts rather than the 110–120 Volts commonly used in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Lead Retrieval (on-site & online)
The ISC event platform Swapcard enables exhibitors to collect, qualify, manage, and download leads quickly and efficiently in just a few simple steps. Lead retrieval functionality is included in all sponsor and exhibitor packages, making it easy to capture visitor information and follow up after the event. Please read the instructions here before using the service.
📥 Collecting Leads
To collect leads on-site, install the Swapcard app for iOS or Android on your mobile device(s). Once logged in with your account, you can scan QR codes on attendee badges and business cards. Please note that attendee QR codes can only be scanned using the Swapcard app.
To collect leads online, browse the attendee list and filter contacts based on criteria relevant to your business. You can also use Swapcard AI recommendations, which suggest relevant attendees based on shared or complementary interests and other characteristics.
⬇️ Qualifying and Downloading Leads
Leads collected by your team are accessible via Swapcard Exhibitor Center. You can share contacts with your team, maintain individual contact lists, and export your lead data as an Excel file.
➕ Lead Qualification Add-On
Swapcard’s Lead Qualification Add-On enables exhibitors to qualify leads in real time by using customized questions during or after badge scans or through attendee connections via the event app. This feature supports consistent lead qualification across teams, helps prioritize follow-up activities, and improves event ROI. DEDICATED WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION
Platinum and Gold Sponsors will receive a dedicated wired internet connection with a guaranteed bandwidth of 50 Mbit/s, provided that the “Dedicated Wired Internet Connection” task in the Exhibitor Portal is confirmed by XXX. If confirmation is not received by the deadline, the wired internet connection will not be ordered for your booth.
All other exhibitors requiring a higher-speed or more reliable internet connection may order an upgraded service at an additional cost.

Rigging Services
Only Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors are permitted to display signs or banners above their booths. This is permitted only in Hall H, with a maximum height of 6 m. Prior approval is required and must be obtained as part of the booth plan approval process through the “Booth Plan Submission” task in the Exhibitor Portal.
⚠️ Important
When ordering rigging services, please specify your preferred installation and dismantling times.
Once on-site, please contact the rigging company directly and advise them that you require assistance. Rigging support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and a waiting time of approximately 2–4 hours may apply before assistance is available.

Waste
During build-up and dismantling, waste containers will be provided by the organizer. All exhibitors and contractors are required to ensure proper waste separation in accordance with the on-site guidelines and the information provided prior to the event.
Any additional waste disposal services required during the exhibition’s opening hours must be ordered separately by the exhibitor.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Please make sure that all waste generated during build-up and dismantling is sorted and disposed of properly to help us maintain a clean and sustainable event environment. Any unannounced secondary or raw materials that remain in the hall after you leave the stand space will be removed and charged to the exhibitor.

WASTE COLLECTION
Collection of ordered waste will take place outside of the exhibition opening hours. Ordered waste bags will be collected by MRG Dienstleistung GmbH provided they are securely closed and placed at the edge of the exhibition stand. Emptying of waste bins is not included in this service. Additional waste collection during the event can be requested. Please note that this service is generally subject to an additional fee.
