As part of our mission to expose young people to high performance computing, ISC High Performance and the HPC-AI Advisory Council will host another exciting international Student Cluster Competition. This annual competition introduces student teams to the HPC community, the systems, and the scientific applications scientists and researchers use.

The competition consists of virtual and in-person parts; each team can apply to participate in one or both.

• The virtual competition is open to all teams. The teams will connect to remote clusters, run HPC applications, perform benchmarks, and participate in the assigned challenges.
• The in-person competition is limited to ten teams. From Tuesday, June 10, to Thursday, June 12, the teams will assemble their clusters and run the micro-benchmarks and HPC applications.

The competition will close with an award ceremony on June 12, announcing the virtual and in-person winning teams.
