CONNECTING THE DOTS

NEW AT ISC:

COMMUNITY STAGE

MEETUPS
JUNE 23-25, 2026

WHERE THE CONVERSATION STARTS

New at ISC 2026, the Community Stage is a space where attendees can come together to talk about the topics that matter most to them. Whether you want to spark a debate, share a fresh perspective, or kick off a collaboration, the Community Stage gives you the opportunity to bring your ideas directly to the ISC community.

Think of it as an open, informal forum inspired by the spirit of a BoF: a place where you can bring forward challenges, perspectives, and questions, and engage directly with peers from across the HPC, AI, and quantum ecosystem.

We encourage formats that make the most of the space and put audience engagement first. Moderated discussions, lightning talks, interactive workshops, live Q&As, polling, or your own creative twist. All are welcome!

Submit your proposal and help shape a program built on dialogue, curiosity, and real connections because the best ideas at ISC aren’t just shared. They’re built together.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The Community Stage thrives on your initiative. Feel free to choose the slot that fits your content best, whether that’s 30, or 45 minutes. To maximize your chances of being accepted and to guarantee a truly valuable session, it helps us if your proposal answers the following four key questions:

  • Who: Who is the target audience, and which different groups or perspectives are you bringing together?
  • What: Which specific challenge are you addressing?
  • How: What specific activities will keep the audience engaged?
  • Value: What is the key insight or “aha!” moment you want attendees to walk away with?

Submitting a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. All proposals are subject to an internal review process based on relevance, content quality/clarity, and duplication checks.
Not all highly rated proposals may be accepted due to program capacity.

  • By submitting a community stage proposal, you agree to host the session in person in Hamburg.
  • Presenters must be registered as ISC participants and need an Exhibition or Full Conference Pass.
  • We will not cover travel, accommodation, registration fees, or other associated costs.
