Your Event Platform Guide
Connect and engage with fellow attendees, exhibitors, and partners through the Swapcard event platform and mobile app – both designed to enhance your personal ISC experience.
HOW TO GET STARTED
- Check your inbox – After registering, you will receive an email from Swapcard.
- Activate your account – Click the button in the email, then complete your profile to be visible to other attendees and start networking.
- Download the app – Get the Swapcard app to access the platform on the go. (see below)
- Start exploring – Browse the program, connect with attendees, and build your schedule.

BROWSE THE SCHEDULE & Speakers
How to browse the schedule?
Go to the “Schedule” tab and choose between presentation view or session view. Each session may contain several presentations. You can also explore the Poster Gallery for an overview of accepted posters.
Finding specific sessions
Sessions are sorted by event day.
Use filters (type, topics, location, format) on the left (desktop) or bottom (mobile).
Click on a presentation to see time, speakers, and details. You can also add it to your personal schedule.
Content Level Scale
Each presentation includes a level indicator (e.g., 60% beginner, 30% intermediate, 10% advanced) to help navigate the content.
Finding speakers
Click on the navigation tab “Speakers.” You can now browse through the whole speaker list.
Click on the speaker you want to learn more about, and information like the speaker’s profile, contact data, and all presentations the speaker participates in will be displayed.
You can send a connection request if you would like to connect.
CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
How to add sessions to your schedule?
Click the Bookmark icon next to a session or presentation title. Or use the “Add to Schedule” button. Apply filters to refine your search.
Where to find your saved sessions?
Go to “My Profile” → “My Schedule”.
Exporting your schedule
In “My Profile” → “My Schedule”, click the export option to add it to your calendar or download it as a PDF.
PARTICIPATE IN LIVE Q&AS
Attendees can use the Swapcard Live Discussion Panel on the right side of their screen to interact with speakers and other attendees during a session or in the onsite live Q&A.
To share thoughts and chat with other participants, use the Chat Tab.
If you have a question specifically for the speaker, use the Questions Tab.
EXPLORE THE EXHIBITION & EXHIBITORS
FIND THE RIGHT EXHIBITOR
Go to “Exhibition → Exhibitors” to browse or filter the exhibitor list by sponsorship level, products, services, or country.
Click on an exhibitor to view their profile, contact details, and presentations.
Bookmark exhibitors of interest under “Bookmark an Exhibitor”.
ARRANGE MEETINGS WITH EXHIBITORS
Go to “Exhibition → Exhibitors” to search, browse, or filter exhibitors.
Click on an exhibitor to access their profile and team members. To connect, send a request and include a short message introducing yourself.
EXHIBITION FLOORPLAN
Go to “Exhibition → Exhibition Floor Plan” to sort exhibitors by booth number or company name.
Search for a booth or exhibitor and click to highlight their location on the floor plan.
HPC MARKETPLACE
Go to “HPC Marketplace” to explore products, services, and projects from sponsors and exhibitors.
Filter by “Products,” “Services,” or “Projects” or browse AI-suggested items based on your profile. Click on an item to learn more and bookmark it under “My Profile” → “My Bookmarks” → “My Wish List”.
HPC CAREER CENTER
Go to “HPC Career Center” to browse job offers and educational programs.
Click on an offer for details and bookmark it under “My Profile” → “My Bookmarks” → “My Wish List”.
GIVEAWAYS
Go to “Giveaways” to preview online and onsite giveaways from sponsors and exhibitors.
Click on an item for details on how to obtain it. Bookmark it under “My Profile” → “My Bookmarks” → “My Wish List”.
EXHIBITOR EVENTS
Go to “Exhibitor Events” to explore exclusive ISC activities from sponsors and exhibitors.
Filter by event type (presentations, demos, happy hours, expert sessions, parties). Bookmark events of interest under “My Profile” → “My Bookmarks” → “My Wish List”.

Which pass types are available?
ISC 2026 offers several pass types: Conference, Exhibition, Workshop, and Tutorial passes.

Where can I get support?
Online Support
Support is available via the Help Center during event hours. Outside of these hours, contact us at attendee-support@isc-events.com.
Browser Compatibility
For the best experience, use Chrome or Firefox. If you see blank pages or experience delays, switch to a supported browser. Internet Explorer is not compatible. If issues persist, contact us.
How do I log in to the platform?
Email not recognized? Ensure you’re using the email you registered with. Typos or recent registrations may cause delays.
Still waiting for your login email? Check your spam/junk folder. If using a work email, your company’s firewall may be blocking it. Ask internally to whitelist “isc-high-performance-2026@swapcardmail.swpcd-send.com” and request a new magic link on the login page.
Forgot your password? Enter your email on the login page and click “Send me a magic link.” The link expires after 1 hour.

How do I navigate the platform?
To access ISC 2026 online, log in to Swapcard with your credentials. For details, see How do I log in to the platform?
Upon login, you’ll land on the homepage, your central hub for ISC 2026 event information, program elements, and exhibitor activities.
Icons & Navigation:
Home (“house” icon) – Return to the homepage.
Chat (“speech bubble” icon) – Access your conversations with other attendees.
Notifications (“bell” icon) – Stay updated on new messages. Check regularly!
How do I set up and edit my profile?
How to access your profile:
1. Click on your photo (top-right corner) or use the menu.
2. Click “Complete profile” below your photo placeholder.
What can you edit?
- Personal details, biography, contact info, social media
- Company (search existing or create new)
- Profile photo & hobbies
Your profile is pre-filled from registration and remains active for future events. You can update it anytime.
How can I manage my notifications?
Where to find notifications?
Click the “Bell” icon (top-right on desktop, bottom on mobile) to see connection requests, news alerts, and presentation reminders. If you don’t check them in Swapcard, you’ll receive an email after a few hours.
How to manage email notifications?
Go to “My profile” → “Settings”, scroll to “Email Notifications”, and select your preferences.
How is my data protected?
Control Your Data Sharing
We pay a lot of attention to how the data you share with us is treated. If you opted out of data sharing during registration, you can still manage your contact visibility in Swapcard for networking.
How to adjust your visibility?
Go to the “Community” tab and under “Visibility” (left side), choose to be invisible to other attendees.
