ISC 2026 Workshops and Tutorials Now Open for Submissions

HAMBURG, Germany, September 16 – We are very pleased to announce that submissions for the ISC 2026 Workshops and Tutorials are now officially open! Presenting at ISC 2026 provides a unique opportunity to showcase your work to a global audience of scientists, engineers, and practitioners in academia, industry, and government who are working in the fields of high performance computing (HPC), artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing (QC), and other emerging technologies. We invite proposals that will contribute to the advancement of these fields.

The ISC Workshops and Tutorials submissions are based on the topic areas selected for the ISC 2026 program. The tutorials offer ISC attendees the opportunity to learn through a hands-on approach, solving specific problems presented by the tutorial presenter. The workshops provide a collaborative platform for professionals to address challenges within a particular industry.

Workshops with Proceedings

Workshops with Proceedings focus on distributing their own call for papers and implementing a peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in the ISC 2026 post-conference proceedings. New this year, workshop organizers can collect and review submissions directly within the ISC submission platform. The submission deadline is October 20, 2025.

Regular Workshops

Regular Workshops do not have their own call for papers; however, submitters are encouraged to submit a state-of-the-art review or summary paper of their workshop, with a minimum of six pages, for inclusion in the conference proceedings. This paper should summarize the presented content and key findings of the workshop. The deadline for these submissions is December 10, 2025.

All workshops are scheduled to take place at ISC on Friday, June 26, 2026, as either half-day or full-day sessions. Please visit https://isc-hpc.com/submissions/workshop/ to learn about the submission guidelines and terms and conditions for participating as a workshop organizer and presenter.

Tutorials

We invite all active practitioners in HPC, AI, HPDA, and QC to submit proposals for interactive courses in the aforementioned ISC topic areas.

We encourage tutorial presenters to include a hands-on component, allowing attendees to engage with the materials and solve specific problems actively. This approach ensures that after attending a particular tutorial, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of the topic, making them feel more involved and active in their learning process.

The deadline for submission is December 11, 2025. Accepted tutorials will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, as either half-day or full-day sessions. Please visit https://isc-hpc.com/submissions/tutorial/ for more information on guidelines and the terms and conditions.

ISC 2026 is an international conference and exhibition that attracts over 3,500 public and private users, developers, and providers of high performance computing, artificial intelligence, high-performance data analytics, and quantum computing from around the world each year. ISC 2026 will be held in Hamburg, Germany, from June 22 – 26, 2026. All sessions that fall under the Contributed Program will be held within the five-day period.

The Calls for the remaining contributed program, specifically the Birds of a Feather, Research Paper, Research Poster, Project Poster, and Women in HPC Poster, will open in October. You can visit the submission page to find out about these opportunities.
