FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT ACCESS
All event passes include an hvv ticket for free use of public transportation in Hamburg.
The ticket is valid from June 9 to June 13, 2025, for unlimited 24-hour journeys within hvv fare rings A–F (2nd class).
A printable version will be sent by email a few days before the event, so you can use public transport even before badge pickup.
Please note: Badge or ticket email and a valid ID must be carried when using the ticket.
BADGE PICK UP
Please pick up your badge at the check-in terminals (entrance hall foyer) using your QR code (printed or digital). Badge pick-up opens on Tuesday, June 10 at 7:30 am. Please refer to the opening hours below for all check-in times.
Badges are not mailed or shipped and must be picked up personally by the attendee. Please have a photo ID (i.e., driver’s license or passport) ready for badge collection. Students should also present valid student IDs.
BADGE POLICY
You must wear your badge visibly within the event venue at all times.
The ISC 2025 badge grants admission to the event venue. Each badge is unique to the registered attendee and may not be sold, given, or transferred to another individual. There is a EUR 30 reprint charge to replace a lost badge, and you must show proof of identity.

ISC High Performance is committed to a respectful, harassment-free event for all. Discrimination or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. All participants and staff are expected to treat each other with respect.
We have a dedicated team and a designated channel to address any violation of the Code of Conduct with professionalism and care. We encourage all attendees to use this channel to report all incidents. Transparency is essential for a fair resolution, so please understand that we cannot investigate anonymous complaints.

RECORDINGS & ON DEMAND CONTENT
For registered attendees:
Recorded presentations will be made available each evening via the event platform.
For non-attendees:
On-demand access will be available starting June 13. Please visit the ISC registration website for access instructions.
Please note: Workshops, tutorials, and Birds of a Feather sessions will not be available on demand.
CONFERENCE MATERIALS & PUBLICATIONS
Accepted research papers will be published with open access in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Post-conference Workshops Proceedings will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Computer Science and can be downloaded free of charge for a limited time after ISC 2025.
ONSITE SERVICES
CATERING
We aim to accommodate common allergies through offering a wide selection of food choices, including many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Buffets will display food icons, and QR codes provide detailed information on allergens and additives (see example).

In the event of a medical emergency, please get in touch with:

HYGIENE NOTICE
For the safety and well-being of all participants, please follow these basic hygiene measures during the event:
- Wash and sanitize your hands regularly
- Keep appropriate distance where possible, especially in crowded areas
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue
- If you feel unwell or show symptoms of illness, we kindly ask you to refrain from attending the event
- Follow any additional hygiene or safety instructions given by event staff onsite

LOST & FOUND
If you lose personal belongings, please ask at the Info Counter (main entrance hall) or contact us.
POWER BANK STATIONS
Power bank stations are available at the following locations: Check-in area, Foyer 3+H, Foyer D-G.
WIFI
WiFi is available throughout the venue. Login details are printed on your badge.
For support, contact iscnet@isc-events.com or visit the ISC Exhibitor Services desk at booth #M50 in the exhibition hall (Hall H).
Please respect our WiFi Policy. Exhibitors and attendees are not permitted to operate any IEEE 802.11 wireless access point or any other equipment transmitting in the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequency range in the conference and exhibition venue during build-up hours and official event hours.
We reserve the right to impose a fine on anyone who violates this policy.
