BIRDS OF A FEATHER (BoF)

Lively discussions among peers, experts, leaders, and anyone from the HPC community with shared interests.

FOCUS SESSIONS

Focus Sessions feature formally invited speakers to present valuable insights on the 2024 conference topic areas, followed by Q&A sessions moderated by research peers.

HPC AROUND THE WORLD

HPC Around the World consists of sessions that specifically focus on different global regions, such as Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.

Taking place: Tuesday, May 14 and Wednesday, May 15

 

KEYNOTES

ISC 2024 features keynote talks delivered by prominent figures in the field. The Monday Keynote sets the tone and builds on critical challenges faced by the industry. Tuesday's keynote discusses current and future prospects, while Wednesday's keynote looks back at the past and forecasts future topics.

PANEL / FISHBOWL PANEL

A panel is a group of experts who discuss a topic, offer insights, and answer audience questions. In a fishbowl panel, audience members may join and rotate throughout the session, providing different perspectives and voices.

POSTER SESSIONS (PITCH) AND POSTER RECEPTION

An academic event where researchers showcase work through 1-minute introductions instead of slides. Attendees get to interact with presenters over complimentary drinks and appetizers.

RESEARCH PAPER SESSIONS

A platform for researchers to present their original work to peers and to share new knowledge, insights, and findings in a specific field of study.

Interactive courses and collaborative learning with experts in their fields. Comprehensive introductions to topics and hands-on problem-solving.
