Style your organization’s interactive page with a header image or video (must be hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or any other platform). The video auto-plays without sound when your page is opened.

Entice attendees to visit your onsite booth by giving them an online preview of the cool swag you prepared, announce contests and prizes your booth visitors can win or just generate leads online by offering something special. Your giveaways could be classic physical items such as gadgets or they could be digital items, such as vouchers, gift certificates, exclusive access to online resources etc.

Giveaways are to be produced and shipped/distributed by the sponsor or exhibitor.

All exhibitors and sponsors can feature up to two giveaways (included in the exhibitor and sponsor packages). If you would like to promote more items, purchase the opportunity to do so! This opportunity is not included in the Co-Exhibitor package and can be purchased.

Attendees will shop here for the latest innovations and updates specific to their areas of interest by filtering the list for relevant categories. ISC Platinum and Gold Sponsors as well as Online Exhibitors may showcase up to 4, Silver sponsors up to 3,  Bronze sponsors and Standard Exhibitors up to 2 products, projects or services as part of their package. If you would like to show off more items, purchase the opportunity to do so! This opportunity is not included in the Co-Exhibitor package and can be purchased.

Let the ISC community know you are searching for new talents and meet your future employees, interns, trainees or students online and onsite.

Scout fresh talent by advertising your open positions (jobs, internships or educational opportunities) in the “HPC Career Center” section of the ISC event platform Swapcard. Provide one or more images, a title, a description and a URL of an external website or of an externally hosted document (optional) as well as contact information of a relevant contact person (optional). Signage with a QR code linked to your online listings, which you can display at your booth for visitors to scan, will be provided.

Banner advertising on the ISC 2025 website can be a powerful branding tool – about 3000 attendees will be frequenting the 2025 conference website until June. A well-designed, eye-catching banner will drive visitors to your site.

Banners are to be delivered with the following specifications: 180×150 pixels, <500KB, PNG or JPG

Your banner will be displayed on the exhibitor listing webpage. Banners will rotate with up to three (3) other banners.

Lanyards will be offered to attendees upon check-in at the convention center. They will be prominently displayed in the check-in area in the foyer. This opportunity is limited to 3 organizations in total and can be purchased by Platinum or Gold sponsors only. The sponsor is responsible for the production and delivery of the lanyards to a designated warehouse.

Price: 3500.00€ (excluding production and delivery)

Increase your brand exposure by supporting our sustainability efforts and supplying attendees with a practical item that they will keep beyond the event. The reusable bottles made of glass or stainless steel with your branding, which can be refilled at water dispensers throughout the venue, will be distributed at registration check-in. The sponsor is responsible for the production and delivery of the bottles to a designated warehouse.
