Abstract: | ARM platforms are emerging as mainstream architectures for the server data center as well as high performance computing. The ARM ecosystem is a robust community which brings together silicon vendors, software vendors, and end users. This workshop places applications programmers, researchers, and silicon vendors to a single location to share experiences, challenges, and best practices when porting and optimizing applications for the ARM platform. Workshop topics will include application porting experiences, tools, and hardware features.
Targeted Audience The target audience are application writers who are either porting their applications to ARM or are interested in it. In addition, anyone interested in hearing practical stories about how ARM is used in HPC will get something from this session.
